    List what’s on sale

    One table: team slots, vendor spaces, ticket tiers. Price, quantity, closing date. That table becomes every buy button on your public page.

    Share one link

    Paste it in the group chat. The preview carries the name, the dates and the price line — the three things that survive being shrunk into a chat bubble.

  3. 03

    Watch it fill

    Teams, stalls and tickets land in one list. Export it, message every manager at once, and stop chasing registrations by DM.

  4. 04

    Get paid, settle daily

    Card, transfer or USSD in. Net settles to your account daily with a statement you can hand to the committee.

    Browse featured and open tournaments, or open the link the organiser sent you.

    Choose your door

    Register a team, book a vendor space, or buy tickets. No account. Name, phone, pay.

  3. 03

    Get your stub

    Team pass, vendor pass or ticket — same object, different band colour. Saved to your phone and sent to WhatsApp.

  4. 04

    Scan at the gate

    Marshals scan the QR, offline-tolerant. Your stub is exchanged for a serialised wristband so it can’t be forwarded to a group chat.

At the gate

Marshals scan on a phone, works offline and syncs when signal returns. Already-scanned stubs come back marked USED with the gate and the time. Then the stub is swapped for a numbered Tyvek band — once it’s on a wrist it can’t be screenshotted into a group chat.
